About Us
Maryland African American Pride Magazine Eastern Shore edition is the Shore's only magazine serving the African American communities of the Maryland Eastern Shore. It is published bi-monthly and distributed free at over 100 locations throughout the Eastern Shore area that includes Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset, Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, and Talbot County. Its focus is on local positive people and activities that affect the African American communities. The publication is locally-owned and supported by patrons and businesses interested in our well being.

We pledge to:
Welcome Community input;
Be fair in reporting;
Cover news in each of the eight Shore counties; and
Push for a positive image of our community.


In this spirit, we publish the only MD Eastern Shore Black Business Directory annually in our July/August issue and maintain it on this site. Please visit it and patronize these businesses.
